BigPictureStudio is a full-service digital imaging, corporate branding, graphic design, print services company. Our goal is to bring your company’s brand to the forefront and make you shine.

We offer corporate photography, and on-location photography for families. We love animals and would love to photograph your pet. From dogs and cats, to horses and cattle, whatever your love, we’d love to capture it.

Our future plan is to have a database with searchable images.

Vision

BigPictureStudio offers 30+ years experience in Graphic Design (web or print), Corporate Identity and Branding, Photography – from family photos to corporate imagery, Image Restoration and Scanning, Digital Imaging, and full Print Services. We have an image bank of over 200,000 images for our clients usage. Our goal is to help your company succeed. We have been at the leading edge of electronic publishing since its inception and want to use our experience to help you achieve your all your communication goals.

Principal

Wendy Cotie, born and raised in the Ottawa Valley, has been engaged in every aspect of graphic design since the electronic age of computing began. She is a keen typographer, with a great eye for exceptional images and crisp, clean composition and layout. 

Wendy’s accomplishments include: the design and production of Arnprior Life, The Canadian Field-Naturalists’ Journal for over fifteen years, producing 100 national magazines over a 10-year span, including Optimum, Summit, Canadian Disability and total access, freelancing for most of the printers in Ottawa and other companies such as The Conference Board of Canada, the National Quality Institute, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Development, and Corporate ID and branding. 

She has loved photography since the days of film and when photography went fully digital, she equipped herself with the best and latest cameras, and combining her love of nature with her love of photography soon found herself going from passionate amateur to passionate professional.
